We are so happy to be able to show you a little sneak peak from the fall-winter collection of the incredibly talented Lebanese designer Sandra Mansour, who we are also honored to call our friend. We were introduced to her and her work last October during Paris fashion week, where she was showing her Spring-Summer collection and we immediately fall in love with her designs.
During this fashion week of course we were excited to visit her showroom again and to find out what beautiful pieces she has created again. Of course, as expected we were completely blown away from her collection and I am not exaggerating when I say we wanted every piece of her collection! We can’t wait to get the ones we ordered and be able to enjoy them.
Her clothes resemble pieces of art and it’s no surprise, since she incorporated her love of art into her designs and created a beautiful winter collection, which was inspired by the Ottoman Empire during one of her trips to Istanbul. She masterfully mixed rich fabrics, saturated colors, perfectly done hand embroidery and beautiful prints which she creates herself to keep the spirit of her inspiration but she gave it a modern touch and the result is impeccable in every sense. The best part of the collection is that it is so diverse that no matter what age or taste you have, you surely will find something to fall in love with. We certainly did!
And here we would like to take also the opportunity to thank Sandra and her team personally for being so nice and patient with us, since we tried pretty much everything in her collection…but we couldn’t help it :).
